摘 要:为实现液体火箭发动机的轻量化,提升发动机的推质比以及液体火箭发动机的综合水平,钛合金材料被广泛应用于多种新型号发动机中。虽然钛合金材料有其独特的优势,但加工工艺性难度大,钣金热成型相较于不锈钢成型精度差,且切削加工性较差。基于钛合金薄壁件铣槽的切削特性,研制整体式硬质合金锯片式专用铣刀,解决钛合金薄壁件难加工难题,通过优化切削参数实现钛合金薄壁件的高效加工,开发出适用于液体火箭发动机推力室钛合金薄壁件铣槽的工艺技术。In order to realize the lightweight of liquid rocket engine,the thrust mass ratio of the engine and the comprehensive level of liquid rocket engine are improved,a variety of new types of engined titanium alloy materials are widely used.Although titanium alloy has its unique material advantages,its processability is very difficult.Compared with stainless steel,the precision of sheet metal hot forming,and the machinability are poor.Based on the slot milling characteristics of titanium alloy thin-walled parts,an integral cemented carbide saw blade type special milling cutter is developed to break through the difficult machining problems of titanium alloy thin-walled parts,optimize the cutting parameters,realize the efficient machining of titanium alloy thin-walled parts,and develop a process technology suitable for slot milling of titanium alloy thin-walled parts in the thrust chamber of liquid rocket engine.
