摘 要:目前直齿锥齿轮加工不能满足C919民用飞机高升力直齿锥齿轮鼓形齿加工要求。基于数控铣削加工技术分析了影响锥齿轮加工精度的关键因素,通过改进铣齿刀具参数和刀具材质来提高加工精度,并对直齿锥齿轮的检测精度提出了更高要求。介绍了CMM齿貌检测、中点齿厚检测、数控接触区滚动检测、标准齿轮等检测方法及其测量精度,为制造性能优良、精度与质量更高的直齿锥齿轮提供支撑。该加工与检测技术使得直齿锥齿轮加工精度从GB/T 11365—2019的7级提高到5级,确保了C919大型民用飞机高升力系统直齿锥齿轮研制。Straight bevel gear can not meet the requirements of C919 civil aircraft with high lift straight drum bevel gear addition.Based on NC milling,several key factors affecting the accuracy of bevel gear are analyzed.The machining accuracy is improved by adjusting the milling tool paramenters and changing cutiing tool materials.With the improvement of machining accuracy,the detection accuracy of straight bevel gear is put forward higher requirements.This paper introduces the detection methods and accurcy of CMM tooth appearance detection,midpoint tooth thickness detection,NC contant area rolling detection,standard gear and so on,which provides support for the manufacture of straight bevel gear with excellent performance,higher accuracy and quality.The machining and testing technology improves the machining accuracy of straight bevel gear from 7 to 5 of GB/T 11365—2019,and ensures the straight tooth of large civil aircraft high lift system bevel gear development.
