摘  要:目的分析肇庆市农村地区饮用水消毒效果的影响因素,为有关部门改善农村饮水水质和农村饮水安全管理提供技术支持。方法对2016—2020年的农村饮用水微生物和消毒剂余量监测结果进行分析,水质检测按《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)执行,水质结果按《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)评价。采用单因素分析和多因素分析相结合的方法,应用χ^(2)检验对合格率进行比较,应用logistics回归对消毒效果影响因素进行多因素分析。结果消毒剂余量合格的水样水质微生物指标合格的可能性为消毒剂余量不合格的21.446倍,浑浊度合格的水样微生物合格的可能性是浑浊度不合格的5.345倍,按要求使用消毒设备的饮用水微生物合格的可能性是偶尔使用消毒设备的3.212倍,有卫生许可的供水微生物合格的可能性是无卫生许可的2.148倍,次氯酸钠消毒微生物合格的可能性是以漂白粉消毒的6.471倍。结论农村地区饮用水消毒效果受消毒剂余量、浑浊度、消毒设备使用频率、消毒方式、卫生许可情况影响,改善饮用水水质需按规范消毒,硬件和软件建设两手抓,完善净水消毒设施,加强管理人员队伍建设,建立健全水厂各项操作规程,对控制源水浊度、配药、加药、检测各环节严格管控。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the disinfection effect of drinking water in rural areas of Zhaoqing City,and provide technical support for relevant departments to improve the quality of rural drinking water and the management of rural drinking water safety.Methods To analyze the monitoring results of microorganisms and disinfectant residuals in rural drinking water from 2016 to 2020.Water quality testing was carried out in accordance with"Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water"(GB/T 5750-2006),and the water quality results were evaluated in accordance with"Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water"(GB5749-2006).Using a combination of single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis,Chi-square test was used to compare the qualified rate,and logistics regression was used to conduct multi-factor analysis on the factors affecting the disinfection effect.Results The probability of qualified microbial indicators in water samples with qualified disinfectant residue was 21.446 times that of unqualified disinfectant residue,the probability of microbiological qualification of water samples with qualified turbidity was 5.345 times higher than that of water samples with unqualified turbidity,the probability of using disinfection equipment for drinking water with qualified microorganisms was 3.212 times higher than occasionally using disinfection equipment,the probability of qualified microorganisms in water supply with hygiene permits was 2.148 times higher than that without hygiene permits,and the probability of qualified microorganisms in sodium hypochlorite disinfection was 6.471 times higher than that in bleaching powder disinfection.Conclusion The disinfection effect of drinking water in rural areas was affected by the residual amount of disinfectant,turbidity,frequency of disinfection equipment,disinfection method and the impact of health licensing situation.In order to improve drinking water quality,disinfection according to specifications was required,and both hardware and software construction must be
