自我护理指导对子宫肌瘤手术患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探究在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理过程中应用自我护理指导的临床效果。方法研究纳入2018年12月—2020年12月于高唐县人民医院接受手术治疗的98例子宫肌瘤患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组各49例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用自我护理指导。对两组患者自我护理能力评分、术后康复指标(术后疼痛评分、住院时间、并发症发生率)展开比较。结果研究组各项自我护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后疼痛评分为(2.62±0.34)分,低于对照组的(3.18±0.46)分;住院时间为(7.33±1.49)d,短于对照组的(8.45±2.84)d;并发症发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的20.41%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展子宫肌瘤手术患者护理工作过程中,自我护理指导的应用可进一步强化患者的自我护理能力,缓解患者的疼痛程度,降低并发症发生风险,缩短术后康复进程,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-care guidance in the nursing process of patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent surgical treatment in Gaotang County People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study.They were divided into control group and study group with 49 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was given with routine nursing,and the study group was given with salf-care guidance on the basis of routine nursing.The self-care ability score and postoperative rehabilitation indexes(postoperative pain score,length of hospital stay and incidence of complications)of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The self-care ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).The postoperative pain score of the study group was(2.62±0.34)points,which was lower than that of the control group with(3.18±0.46);the hospital stay was(7.33±1.49)d,which was shorter than that of the control group with(8.45±2.84)d;the incidence of complications was 6.12%,which was lower than 20.41%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery,the application of self-care guidance could further strengthen the self-care ability of patients,alleviate the pain degree of patients,reduce the risk of complications and shorten the postoperative rehabilitation process.It had high clinical promotion and application value.
