摘 要:目的比较两种减影CTA技术在脑血管成像中的图像质量,为提高临床诊断水平积累经验。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月在高唐县人民医院进行头颅CTA检查的60例患者作为研究对象,根据应用减影技术的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均应用德国西门子公司生产的SOMATOM Definition双源CT进行检查,对照组应用双能量减影CTA技术,观察组应用数字CTA减影技术。比较两组患者检查的减影成功率、图像质量。结果观察组减影成功率为100.00%,对照组成功率为93.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的脑血管成像图像质量比较,观察组优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论双能量减影CTA技术在脑血管成像的成功率和数字减影CTA技术的成功率无明显的差别,但数字减影CTA技术的脑血管成像质量明显优于双能量减影CTA技术,可在实施脑血管成像检查中积极推广应用。Objective To compare the image quality of two subtraction CTA techniques in cerebrovascular imaging,in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and accumulate experience.Methods A total of60 patients who underwent head CTA in Gaotang County People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different application of subtraction technology,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were examined with SOMATOM Definition dual source CT produced by Siemens,Germany.The control group was examined with dual energy subtraction CTA technology,and the observation group was examined with digital CTA subtraction technology.The subtraction success rate and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results The subtraction success rate of the observation group was 100.00%and that of the control group was 93.33%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).To compare the image quality of cerebrovascular imaging between the two groups,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference between the success rate of dual energy subtraction CTA technology in cerebrovascular imaging and that of digital subtraction CTA technology,but digital subtraction CTA technology had significantly better image quality of patients'cerebrovascular imaging than dual energy subtraction CTA technology.Therefore,it could be actively popularized and applied in the implementation of cerebrovascular imaging examination.
