摘  要:为实现燃气锅炉节能降耗精细化管理,基于不确定度评定理论开展了燃气锅炉热效率测量方法的选择性研究。结果表明:燃气锅炉的正平衡测量法测试中,给水流量测量对热效率不确定度影响最大;反平衡法测量法测试中,排烟温度和排烟处O_(2)的测量对热效率不确定度影响最大。降低燃气锅炉热效率测量的不确定度主要是减少温度类与流量类测量的不确定度。燃气锅炉的反平衡测量法所测得的热效率扩展不确定度为0.193%,仅为正平衡测量法的热效率扩展不确定度的52.7%,因此,在进行燃气锅炉热效率测量时可仅选择反平衡测量法测试,这可以大大降低大量燃气锅炉热效率测试的劳动强度,为GB/T 10180—2017《工业锅炉热工性能试验规程》的修订提供理论依据。In order to realize the refined management of energy saving and consumption reduction of gas-fired boilers,this paper carries out a selective study of thermal efficiency measurement methods of gas-fired boilers based on uncertainty assessment theory.The results show that the feed water flow measurement has the greatest influence on the uncertainty of thermal efficiency in the test of positive balance measurement method of gas boiler,and the measurement of exhaust flue gas temperature and O_(2) at exhaust flue gas has the greatest influence on the uncertainty of thermal efficiency in the test of counter balance measurement method,therefore,the uncertainty of thermal efficiency measurement of gas-fired boiler is reduced mainly by the uncertainties of temperature class and flow class measurements.The expanded uncertainty of thermal efficiency measured by the counter balance measurement method of gas-fired industrial boiler is 0.193%,which is only 52.7% of the extended uncertainty of thermal efficiency by the positive balance measurement method,therefore,only the counter balance measurement method can be chosen to test the thermal efficiency of gas-fired boiler,which can not only greatly reduce the labor intensity of thermal efficiency test of a large number of gas-fired industrial boilers,but also provide a theoretical basis for the revision of GB/T 10180—2017 Thermal Performance Test Code for Industrial Boilers.
