摘  要:采用电阻应变测量法对超超临界机组主蒸汽管道用P92钢90°热压弯头进行了内压作用下的应力试验,对弯头各部位缺欠所产生的等效应力与弯头应力分布的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:该弯头在内压作用下,环向应力最大位置位于弯头内壁内弧面中心线处,轴向应力最大位置位于弯头内壁外弧面中心线处,弯头各部位缺欠所产生的等效应力与弯头的主应力分布呈正相关,且同一缺欠在弯头不同部位的危害性不同,进而为同类弯头的产品质量控制及在役弯头针对性质量检测提出了建议。The stress measurement and analysis under internal pressure test of P92 steel 90° hot extrusion elbow for main steam pipeline of USC units was carried out by means of resistance strain measurement.The correlation between the equivalent stress caused by defects located in various parts of the elbow and the stress distribution of the elbow was analyzed.The results show that under the action of internal pressure,the maximum position of circumferential stress is located at the center line of the inner wall of the intrados,and the maximum axial stress is located at the center line of the inner wall of the extrados of the elbow.The equivalent stress produced by the defects in various parts of the elbow is positively correlated with the distribution of the principal stress of the elbow,and the harm of the same defect in different parts of the elbow is different.Suggestions for product quality control of the similar elbows and targeted quality inspection of elbows in service are put forward.
