摘 要:1942年,国民党元老戴季陶受命在抗战之中主持民国礼制的讨论制定,戴氏投入其中,通过《学礼录》及一系列的书信、文章等阐述了其以“周制”为模板,在道德秩序、社会秩序、政治秩序等方面形而上的规划,想象了以节制中和、文武并举的公民,全能政府、贤人政治的秩序和创业垂统、作则君师的领袖三者结合的理想国。戴季陶在民国后期对礼制复归的想象既是作为文化保守主义者力图为传统儒家道德在现代社会中重新寻求“礼”这个具体展现方式的努力,亦是代表了国民政府力图通过稳定社会秩序和道德秩序来稳定政治、消弭革命的企图,但他在制礼作乐上湮没无闻的事功也反应了其间的深刻困境。In 1942,Dai Jitao,an elder of the KMT,was ordered to preside over the discussion and formulation of the ritual system of the Republic of China during the War of Resistance against Japan.Dai wrote the Book of Learning Rites and a series of articles and letters to explain the“ritual system of the Zhou Dynasty”as a template,planned the moral order,social order and political order,imagined an ideal country with the combination of brave and moral citizens,the omnipotent government,the virtuous political order and the leader who acts as a teacher,continued with the past and opens up the future.Dai Jitao's imagination of the reconstruction of ritual system in the late period of the Republic of China is not only a cultural conservative's effort to seek the concrete manifestation of“ritual”for the traditional Chinese Confucian morality in the modern society,it also represents the national government's efforts to stabilize politics by stabilizing social and moral order,but his untold achievements in making rituals and music also reflects the profound dilemma.
