摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎反复发作、迁延不愈,许多患儿同时具有脾胃受损与火热夹杂的证候特点。我们认为“阴火”理论较传统辨证能更全面地体现儿童过敏性鼻炎复杂的病机。借鉴“阴火”的治疗原则,通过补中、升阳、泻火法达到补益脾胃、平调气火治愈儿童鼻鼽的目的。Allergic rhinitis recurs repeatedly and does not heal,and many children have the symptoms of spleen and stomach damage and fiery heat at the same time.We believe that the theory of"yin fire"more comprehensively reflects the complex pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in children than traditional syndrome differentiation.Draw-ing on the treatment principle of"yin fire",the purpose of nourishing the spleen and stomach,calming the qi fire and curing the nose can be achieved by invigorating the middle,raising the yang,and purging the fire.
