摘　　要：目的对《针灸大成》的刺血法特色进行分析,以期指导其临床应用。方法通过文献整理法结合统计学方法,对《针灸大成》中刺血法条文论述进行分析。结果刺血法主要功效包括泻血通络、清热解毒、醒神苏厥、祛风活血等。《针灸大成》中刺血法治疗以五官科、眼科、外科疾病为主,有明目、健口强齿、消肿等作用。常用工具为锋针(三棱针)或小针(毫针);取穴最多的为经外奇穴、督脉、胃经、膀胱经。刺血量主要是由因时、因人、病证、经络气血、血液颜色等因素决定;在一定情况如穴位的解剖位置、经脉气血、身体或心理状态、季节等影响下,不应针刺或放血。特色操作包括局部结扎充血法、心理暗示、煮沸消毒等。结论《针灸大成》中刺血法特色鲜明,基本上奠定了后世应用刺血法的框架,针对《针灸大成》中刺血法特色的进一步研究,有利于指导刺血法的临床实践。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of pricking blood method in Zhenjiu Dacheng,so as to guide its clinical application.Methods:Through literature review and statistical methods,the article of pricking blood method in Zhenjiu Dacheng was analyzed.Results:The main effects of pricking blood method include purg-ing blood and unblocking collaterals,clearing away heat and toxin,waking up the spirit and sujue,dispelling wind and activating blood circulation,etc.The blood pricking therapy in Zhenjiu Dacheng was mainly used in the treat-ment of diseases in the ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology,ophthalmology,and surgery,with the functions of improving eyesight,strengthening mouth and teeth,and reducing swelling;the common tools were sharp needle(three edged needle)or small needle(filiform needle);the most selected acupoints were extra ordinary points,Du meridian,stomach meridian and bladder meridian;the amount of pricking blood was mainly determined by time,in-dividual,disease and syndrome,qi and blood of meridians,blood color and other factors;under the influence of cer-tain conditions,such as the anatomical position of acupoints,qi and blood of meridians,physical or psychological state,season,etc.,acupuncture or bloodletting should not be performed;special operations included local ligation and congestion,psychological suggestion,boiling and disinfection,etc.Conclusion:The characteristics of pricking blood method in Zhenjiu Dacheng are distinct,which basically establishes the framework for the later application of pricking blood method.Further research on the characteristics of pricking blood method in Zhenjiu Dacheng is conducive to guiding the clinical practice of pricking blood method.
