摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的治疗一直是一项医学难题,在过去的半个世纪中,肿瘤发病率和死亡率不断增加,持续危害着人类的生命健康。从木香中提取出来的木香烃内酯是一种天然倍半萜烯内酯,具有较强的抗肿瘤作用,可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭,可多药耐药性逆转和协同用药。对木香烃内酯的抗肿瘤作用机制进行综述,以期对其进一步的临床研究和应用提供参考。The treatment of malignant tumors has always been a medical problem.In the past half century,the incidence and mortality of tumors have been increasing,which continues to endanger human life and health.Costunolide extracted from Aucklandiae Radix is a natural sesquiterpene lactone with strong anti-tumor effect.Costunolide can inhibit tumor cell proliferation,induce tumor cell apoptosis,inhibit tumor cell migration and invasion,and can reverse multidrug resistance and cooperate with drugs.This article reviews the anti-tumor mechanism of costunolide to provide reference for its further clinical research and application.
