芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭及其作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是一种常见的心血管疾病,也是终末期和最主要的死亡原因之一。芪参益气滴丸由黄芪、三七、丹参、降香等组成,共奏益气活血、通络行气、化瘀止痛的功效,可用于治疗射血分数降低的心力衰竭、射血分数保留的心力衰竭和缺血性心力衰竭,其作用机制与抗炎症反应,减少心肌纤维化、抑制心室重构,调节氧化应激,促进血管新生,抑制心肌细胞凋亡,调节免疫功能密切相关。鉴于此,对芪参益气滴丸治疗不同类型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及其作用机制研究进展进行综述,为慢性心力衰竭的治疗提供参考。Chronic heart failure is a common cardiovascular disease and one of the most common end-stage and major causes of death.Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills is a combination of Astragali Radix,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae,and other traditional Chinese medicine,which can benefit qi,promote blood circulation,channel qi,remove blood stasis,and relieve pain.Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills can be used to treat heart failure with reduced ejection fraction,heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,and ischemic heart failure.The mechanism of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills is closely related to antiinflammatory reaction,reducing myocardial fibrosis,inhibiting ventricular remodeling,regulating oxidative stress,promoting angiogenesis,inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis,and regulating immune function.This article reviews the clinical efficacy and its mechanism of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills in treatment of different types of chronic heart failure,providing reference for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
