四合汤结合当飞利肝宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究四合汤加减结合当飞利肝宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的效果及对患者血生化指标、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2020年7月辽宁奉天中医院院门诊收治的148例非酒精性脂肪肝患者,随机分组,对照组、观察组各74例。对照组予以当飞利肝宁片治疗,观察组予以四合汤加减结合当飞利肝宁片治疗,观察2组临床效果、血生化指标、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率的差异。结果较对照组的83.78%(62/74),观察组治疗总有效率94.59%(70/74)更高,治疗后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)生化指标水平更低,白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等血清炎症因子水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四合汤加减结合当飞利肝宁片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,能显著改善患者肝功能,减轻机体炎症反应,效果显著,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effects of Sihe decoction combined with modified Dangfei Liganning tablets on the levels of biochemical indicators and serum inflammatory factors in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods A total of 148 non-alcoholic fatty liver patients admitted to Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dangfei Liganning tablets,and the observation group was given Sihe decoction combined with Dangfei Liganning tablets.The clinical effects,blood biochemical indexes,serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results Compared with 83.78%(62/74)in the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.59%(70/74)higher.After treatment,the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower.The levels of serum inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver,the treatment of Sihe decoction combined with Dangfei Liganning tablets can significantly improve the liver function of the patients,reduce the body’s inflammatory reaction,and has significant curative effect and high safety.
