摘　　要：罗笑容名老中医从事儿科工作60余年,经验丰富,尤其是小儿咳喘的中医治疗方面,根据小儿特殊的病理生理特点,用药准确审慎,处方轻巧灵活,在临床治疗中取得显著效果。此文主要从其4种治法展开论述,包括轻疏外邪、宣肺开闭用于调节肺气宣降平衡;其次对于肺气闭郁、津液输布失利产生的痰饮等病理产物,应用理气祛痰、化痰平喘之法;再次,对于久病及重病入血入络者,予活血化瘀、兼以敛气利肺法;最后,注重本病恢复期中医调护,避免病情反复,治法主要为培土生金、助肾纳气、培肾固本。Luo Xiaorong,a well-known traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor,who has worked in pediatrics for more than 60 years,has rich experience,especially in the treatment of children’s cough and asthma.According to the special pathophysiological characteristics of children,the medication is accurate and prudent,and the prescription is light and flexible.He has achieved remarkable results in clinical treatment.This article mainly discussed its four treatment methods,including lightening of exogenous pathogens,opening and closing of the lungs to regulate the balance of lung qi and descending,secondly,the application of pathological products such as stagnation of lung qi and phlegm caused by failure of body fluid infusion,the method of regulating qi and eliminating phlegm,resolving phlegm and relieving asthma,thirdly,for chronically ill and severely ill patients who enter the blood and enter the collaterals,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and also use the method of restraining qi and relieving lung;finally,pay attention to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine during the recovery period of the disease to avoid recurrence of the disease,the treatment method is mainly to cultivate the earth to produce gold,invigorate the kidney and soothe the qi,and cultivate the kidney to consolidate the foundation.
