白头翁汤灌肠治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究白头翁汤加减治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法抽取沈阳市苏家屯区中心医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的94例湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者,按照不同治疗方案进行分组,每组47例,参照组给予常规治疗,试验组采用白头翁汤加减治疗,比较2组临床效果。结果参照组治疗总有效率为63.83%(30/47),试验组总有效率为91.49%(43/47),试验组优于参照组(P<0.05);试验组中医证候积分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的过程中,应用白头翁汤加减有利于提高临床治疗总有效率,改善患者临床症状,可以在临床上进行推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baitouweng decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat ulcerative colitis.Methods Ninety-four patients with dampness-heat ulcerative colitis admitted to Central Hospital of Sujiatun District from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment plans,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with pulpit decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 63.83%(30/47),and that of the experimental group was 91.49%(43/47),which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dampness-heat ulcerative colitis,the application of Baitouweng decoction is beneficial to improve the clinical efficiency and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It can be promoted in the clinic.
