摘　　要：目的研究黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果。方法将在南昌市洪都中医院就诊的脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者作为本次研究对象,选取的时间为2019年12月—2021年3月,共92例,采用随机数字表法将其分为西医组和中西医组,每组46例。西医组采用常规西药治疗,中西医组采用常规西药+黄芪建中汤加减治疗。对比2组患者的总有效率及临床症状消失时间。结果中西医组的总有效率为91.30%(42/46),高于西医组的73.91%(34/46),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医组疼痛、嗳气及反酸临床症状消失时间均短于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡采用西药联合黄芪建中汤加减的方法,能有效改善患者临床症状,促进病情康复,提高临床效果。Objective To study the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in treating gastric ulcer with deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods The patients with gastric ulcer of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach type who were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the objects of this study.The selected time was from December 2019 to March 2021.92 cases were divided into Western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with conventional Western medicine and Huangqi Jianzhong decoction.The total effective rate and the time of clinical symptom disappearance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than that of Western medicine group(73.91%,34/46),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pain,gas and acid regurgitation in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was shorter than that in Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of the disease,and improve the clinical effect.
