大活络丸联合铜砭刮痧治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛性偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨大活络丸联合中医铜砭刮痧治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果及改善作用。方法本次研究对象共60例,均为2020年1月—2021年1月中国医科大学附属第一医院接收的脑卒中后上肢痉挛性偏瘫患者,按照计算机随机抽选的方式,对照组30例采用传统临床方式搭配大活络丸进行治疗,观察组30例在对照组基础上联合中医铜砭刮痧进行治疗。结果治疗后,观察组患者的Ashworth痉挛症状改善效果整体优于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的肢体运动功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肢体运动功能恢复效果明显更佳,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大活络丸联合中医铜砭刮痧治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛性偏瘫的临床应用当中,患者的症状改善效果更为明显,且患者的肢体运动功能恢复效果更佳,临床效果较为理想,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and improvement of Dahuoluo pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine Tongbian scraping in the treatment of upper limb spasmodic hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of 60 cases were enrolled in this study,all of which were patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy admitted to The First Hospital of China Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021.According to the method of computer random selection,30 cases in the control group were treated with traditional clinical methods combined with Dahuoluo pill,and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tongbian scraping on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the improvement effect of Ashworth spasm symptoms in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in limb motor function between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the recovery effect of limb motor function in the observation group was significantly better,and the data difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of Dahuoluo pill combined with traditional Chinese medicine Tongbian scraping in the treatment of upper limb spasmodic hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy,the symptom improvement effect of patients is more obvious,and the recovery effect of patients’limb movement function is better,the clinical effect is more ideal,worthy of promotion and application.
