红外偏振光联合运动机能贴布治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究红外偏振光联合运动机能贴布治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法选择于漳州卫生职业学院国医馆就诊的肱骨外上髁炎患者57例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(28例)。治疗组采用红外偏振光加运动机能贴布贴扎的治疗方法,对照组采用在曲池、尺泽、阳溪、手三里和阿是穴针刺。比较2组1个疗程后(每日1次,10 d为1个疗程)的临床效果,并观察2组握力指数、前臂伸肌腱牵拉试验转阴率、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分3方面治疗前后的变化。结果1个疗程后,2组握力指数、VAS评分、前臂伸肌腱牵拉试验转阴率均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组握力指数、VAS评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外偏振光联合运动机能贴布对肱骨外上髁炎具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of infrared polarized light combined with kinesiology patch on external humeral epicondylitis.Methods Fifty-seven patients with external humeral epicondylitis who were treated in Zhangzhou Health Vocational College were divided into treatment group(29 cases)and control group(28 cases)according to the random number table.The treatment group used infrared polarized light and kinesiology patch sticking therapy,and the control group used acupuncture at Quchi(LI11),Chize(LU5),Yangxi(LI5),Shousanli(LI10),and Ashi points,which are traditional treatment methods recognized in the industry.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 1 course of treatment(1 time per day,ten days as a course of treatment)was compared between the two groups,and the differences before and after treatment were compared through three aspects:grip strength index,forearm resistance supination test,and visual analog scale(VAS).Results After 1 course of treatment,the grip strength index,VAS score and negative conversion rate of forearm extensor tendon stretching test in 2 groups were better than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The grip strength index and VAS score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared polarized light combined with kinesiology patch has a good therapeutic effect on external humeral epicondylitis.
