中药敷脐联合康复训练治疗女性膀胱过度活动症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药敷脐联合康复训练对女性膀胱过度活动症的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院接受治疗的60例膀胱过度活动症患者为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组口服酒石酸托特罗定片进行治疗,试验组采用中药敷脐联合康复训练进行治疗,对比2组患者的不良反应发生率、症状改善情况以及治疗总有效率。结果试验组患者的不良反应发生率与临床症状较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对膀胱过度活动症的女性患者采用中药敷脐联合康复训练能有效改善患者症状与不良反应的发生情况,提高治疗总有效率,不良反应小,安全性较高,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of Chinese medicine umbilical application combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of female overactive bladder.Methods 60 patients with overactive bladder treated in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with oral tolterodine,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine umbilical application combined with rehabilitation training.The incidence of adverse reactions,symptom improvement and symptom effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and clinical symptoms of experimental group were significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 80.00%,which was higher than that of control group(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For female patients with overactive bladder,Chinese medicine umbilical application combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the occurrence of treatment symptoms and adverse reactions,improve the treatment efficiency,have less side effects,high safety and significant clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion.
