大黄粉敷脐联合双头艾灸治疗稳定型胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨大黄粉敷脐联合双头艾灸治疗稳定型胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果。方法自2019年7月—2021年7月,将聊城市中医医院急诊科收治的78例稳定型胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱患者纳入本研究,用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组予腹胀、便秘常规对症处理,治疗组在常规处理基础上予大黄粉敷脐联合双头艾灸治疗,比较2组患者胃肠道功能恢复情况、首次排气时间及首次排便时间。结果治疗组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组,治疗组的总有效率92.31%(36/39)明显高于对照组的74.36%(29/39),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规对症处理,大黄粉敷脐联合双头艾灸治疗稳定型胸腰椎骨折后胃肠功能紊乱临床效果较好,并且不良反应少,能大大提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of umbilical application of rhubarb powder combined with double-headed moxibustion in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after thoracolumbar fracture.Methods From July 2019 to July 2021,78 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after stable thoracolumbar fracture admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment of abdominal distention and constipation,and the treatment group was treated with umbilical application of rhubarb powder combined with double-headed moxibustion.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,first exhaust time and first defecation time of the two groups were compared.Results The first exhaust time,first defecation time and gastrointestinal function recovery time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%(36/39)significantly higher than that of the control group(74.36%,29/39),and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional symptomatic treatment,umbilical application of rhubarb powder combined with double-headed moxibustion has better clinical effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after stable thoracolumbar fracture,with fewer adverse reactions,which can greatly improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
