辨证治疗血液透析并发症医案举隅

摘　　要：血液透析作为一种治疗终末期肾病的常用方法,虽然能够有效延长患者生命,但是不能有效缓解其并发症,中医辨证论治血液透析并发症,能有效减轻患者症状,提高生活质量,具有可操作性强、不良作用小的优点。此文以维持性血液透析患者常见的皮肤瘙痒和不宁腿综合征并发症为例,分析其病因病机、辨治方法及用药,并列举临床医案。As a common method for the treatment of end-stage renal disease(ESRD),hemodialysis can effectively prolong the life of patients,but cannot effectively alleviate their complications.The treatment of hemodialysis complications based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can effectively reduce their symptoms and improve the quality of life.It has the advantages of strong operability and less side effects.This study took uremic pruritus and restless legs syndrome in common complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients as an example to analyze their etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment methods,medication,and lists clinical medical records.
