摘　　要：自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)是一种常见内分泌疾病,严重影响患者身体健康。目前发病机制尚不明确,临床防治面临较大挑战。西医主要在患者出现甲状腺功能异常后进行抑制或替代治疗,但疗程长、个体疗效差异较大。而中医的整体观和辨证论治有利于对异质性较强的AITD发病各环节进行阶梯式精细化防治,最大程度延缓其进展和改善预后。Autoimmune thyroid diseases(AITD)is a common endocrine metabolic disease,which seriously affects health of patients.The pathogenesis of AITD is not clear,the prevent and treatment face great challenges.Nowadays,western medicine takes a symptomatic treatment program,which is combined with Inhibition or substitution therapy after thyroid dysfunction.But the curative effect was shown individual difference.According to the concept of holism and principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)takes a different treatment strategies in different stages of development of AITD.The standardized treatment of western medicine combined with individualized TCM treatment will be more beneficial for the personalized management in each stages of AITD patients.
