益气化瘀法治疗厌食-恶病质综合征研究进展

摘　　要：厌食-恶病质综合征在晚期肿瘤患者中普遍存在,是肿瘤患者的主要死因之一。癌性厌食可以进一步导致厌食-恶病质综合征,也是恶病质常见的临床表现,二者可以互相影响。西医药物治疗以激素为主,针对不能使用激素的血瘀证患者,此文总结益气化瘀中药治疗厌食-恶病质综合征,以期为厌食-恶病质综合征的治疗提供新的思路和方法,为患者带来更多益处。Anorexia-malignant syndrome was common in patients with advanced tumors.It was also one of the leading causes of death in oncology patients.Cancerous anorexia could further lead to the occurrence of anorexia-malignant syndrome,which was also a common clinical manifestation of malignant disease,and they could affect each other.Western medicine treatment was mostly based on hormones.The blood stasis evidence cannot be treated with the hormones,this paper summarized the treatment of anorexia-malignant syndrome by Chinese medicine with the treatment method of benefiting qi and resolving stasis.We hoped to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of anorexia-cachexia syndrome and bring more benefits to those patients.
