卒中专科护士介导的运动再学习康复模式在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨卒中专科护士介导的运动再学习康复模式在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的可行性。方法 选取住院治疗的68例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各34例,对照组采取脑卒中常规康复护理,实验组在对照组的基础上接受卒中康复专科护士介导的运动再学习康复模式进行卒中肢体偏瘫的康复管理。结果 出院时实验组的日常生活能力较对照组有提高,实验组出院时肌力恢复较对照效果更明显,护理服务满意度实验组高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卒中康复专科护士介导的运动再学习康复模式对缺血性卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活能力提高、肌力改善效果显著,对帮助卒中偏瘫患者尽快回归社会具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the rehabilitation mode of motor relearning mediated by stroke specialist nurses in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 68 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing for stroke,and the experimental group received rehabilitation management for stroke hemiplegia by motor relearning rehabilitation mode mediated by stroke rehabilitation nurses on the basis of the control group.Results The daily living ability of the experimental group was improved compared with the control group when discharged,the muscle strength recovery of the experimental group was more obvious than the control group,nursing service satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The motor relearning rehabilitation mode mediated by stroke rehabilitation nurses has significant effects on the improvement of daily living ability and muscle strength of patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia,which is of great significance for helping patients with stroke hemiplegia return to society as soon as possible.
