摘 要:通过归纳我国目前煤巷快速掘进作业线的研究现状和工作特点,收集了16组具有代表性的煤矿巷道掘进数据,并对这些数据进行了对比分析,得出了制约煤巷快速掘进技术发展的两个重要因素:临时支架的有效控顶距、新型掘进设备的研发及其智能化。最后从长距离临时支护技术、掘锚一体化技术、掘进机智能导航技术这三个方面展望了快速掘进作业线的发展方向。By summarizing the research status and working characteristics of China's current coal roadway rapid tunneling operation line,16 sets of representative coal mine roadway excavation data were collected,and these data were compared and analyzed.Two important factors restricting the development of China's coal roadway rapid tunneling technology were obtained:effective roof control distance of temporary support,research and development of new excavation equipment and its intelligence.Finally,the development direction of the rapid tunneling operation line is prospected from three aspects:long-distance temporary support technology,excavation-anchor integration technology and intelligent navigation technology of roadheader.
