摘　　要：国际标准S-101电子航海图数据解析是实现新一代电子航海图显示与应用系统的基础。为促进新一代电子航海图显示与应用系统的开发,提出一种基于ISO 8211库的S-101电子航海图解析方法。该方法利用ISO 8211库读取电子海图数据记录,根据数据记录的首字段名,将记录存储至相应的记录列表,根据数据记录的字段结构,顺序解析数据集通用记录、坐标参考系统记录、信息类型记录、要素类型记录及相关联记录,并构建信息对象和要素对象。运用C++编程语言开发了解析程序,对所提方法的正确性进行了验证,结果表明该方法能正确解析S-101电子航海图,可为新一代电子航海图系统的开发提供参考。The interpretation of S-101 electronic navigational chart(ENC)is the basis for the realization of a new generation of electronic chart system.In order to promote the development and application of the new generation of electronic chart system,one S-101 ENC interpretation method based on ISO 8211 library is proposed.First,using the ISO 8211 library reads the ENC file data record,and the records are stored in the corresponding record list according to the first field name of the data record;Then,according to the field structure,the data set general information records,coordinate reference system records,information type records,feature type records and associated records are sequentially parsed,and the information objects and feature objects are constructed.The analytical program is developed using C++programming language,and the correctness of the proposed method is verified.The results show that the method can correctly parse the S-101 ENC.It can provide reference for the development of the new generation of electronic chart system.
