摘 要:通过激光熔覆技术在AZ91D合金表面制备Al-TiC和Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)熔覆层,研究Al∶TiC质量比和Y_(2)O_(3)添加量对熔覆层截面形貌、物相、硬度和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:不同Al∶TiC质量比的Al-TiC熔覆层和不同Y_(2)O_(3)添加量的Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)复合熔覆层都与AZ91D合金基体实现了良好的冶金结合;Al-TiC熔覆层的主要物相为Ti_(3)AlC、TiC、Mg_(2)Al_(3)和Al_(3)Mg_(2),加入Y_(2)O_(3)后的Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)熔覆层中新产生了Al_(3)Y和Al_(4)MgY相;当Al∶TiC质量比为8∶1、4∶1和2∶1时,相应的Al-TiC熔覆层的硬度约为AZ91D合金的2.75、3.24和3.94倍,而加入Y_(2)O_(3)后Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)熔覆层的硬度进一步提升;不同Al∶TiC质量比Al-TiC熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能都高于AZ91D合金,且Al∶TiC质量比为8∶1时熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能最好,在此基础上添加原料质量0.6%的Y_(2)O_(3),Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)复合熔覆层具有最高的硬度和最佳的耐腐蚀性能。Al-TiC and Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)cladding layers were prepared on the AZ91Dalloy by laser cladding technology.The effects of Al∶TiC mass ratio and Y_(2)O_(3)addition on the microstructure,phase composition,hardness,and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer were studied.The results show that the Al-TiC cladding layer with different Al∶TiC mass ratio and the Al-TiCY_(2)O_(3)composite cladding layer with different Y_(2)O_(3)addition have achieved good metallurgical bonding with AZ91Dalloy matrix;the main phases of Al-TiC cladding layer are Ti_(3)AlC,TiC,Mg_(2)Al_(3),and Al_(3)Mg_(2).Al_(3)Y and Al_(4)MgY phases are newly produced in Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)cladding layer after adding Y_(2)O_(3).When the mass ratio of Al:TiC is 8∶1,4∶1,and 2∶1,the hardness of the corresponding Al∶TiC cladding layer is about 2.75,3.24,and 3.94times that of AZ91Dalloy,while the hardness of Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)cladding layer is further improved after adding Y_(2)O_(3).The corrosion resistance of Al∶TiC cladding layer with different Al∶TiC mass ratio is higher than that of AZ91Dalloy,and the corrosion resistance of cladding layer is the best when the Al∶TiC mass ratio is 8∶1.On this basis,Al-TiC-Y_(2)O_(3)composite cladding layer with Y_(2)O_(3)is 0.6%,which has the highest hardness and the best corrosion resistance.
