摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC-CAD法同时测定锦灯笼中physalin F、physalin H、physalin B三个成分含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0—8 min,32%~38%A;8—20 min,38%~45%A;20—21.1 min,45%~55%A;20.1—23.5 min,55%A),流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃;电雾式检测器(CAD)参数:采集频率10 Hz,滤波为5 s,雾化温度35℃。结果:Physalin F、physalin H、physalin B分别在2.081-33.300μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)、1.550-24.800μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)、2.338-37.400μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9991)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.69%、105.71%、98.50%,RSD值分别为2.72%、2.18%、2.27%。结论:此方法准确、简便、可靠,可用于测定锦灯笼中酸浆苦素类成分的含量。Objective:To establish a HPLC-CAD method for simultaneously determining the contents of physalin F,H and B in Jindenglong.Method:Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with acetonitrile(A)-water(B)as the mobile phase for gradient elution(0-8 min,32%~38%A;8-20 min,38%~45%A;20-21.1 min,45%~55%A;20.1-23.5 min,55%A)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 30℃.The charged aerosol detector parameters were as follows:10 Hz for acquisition frequency,5 s for filtering and 35℃for atomizing temperature.Result:Physalin F,H and B showed good linear relationships in the range of 2.081-33.300μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996),1.550-24.800μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)and 2.338-37.400μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9991),respectively.The average recoveries were 98.69%,105.71%and 98.50%,and RSD values were 2.72%,2.18%and 2.27%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple and reliable,and can be used for the content determination of physalins in Jindenglong.
