摘　　要：目的:探讨骶管注射结合腕踝针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的优势。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年5月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为2组,每组30例,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用骶管注射结合腕踝针治疗。对比2组患者的临床治疗有效率、感觉障碍缓解时间、下肢麻木缓解时间、活动受限缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间、VAS评分、JOA评分、IL-6水平、TNF-α水平。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者感觉障碍缓解时间、下肢麻木缓解时间、活动受限缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者VAS评分、JOA评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组、JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骶管注射结合腕踝针在腰椎间盘突出症中有着较好的临床治疗效果,能够有效缩短症状缓解时间,减少患者的疼痛情况,值得推广应用。To explore the advantages of sacral canal injection combined with wrist and ankle needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the control group received conventional treatment,the research group received sacral canal injection combined with wrist and ankle acupuncture treatment.The clinical treatment efficiency,relief time of sensory im-pairment,relief time of lower limb numbness,relief time of limited activity,pain relief time,VAS score,JOA score,IL-6 level and TNF-αlevel of 2 groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The remission time of sensory disorders,lower limb numbness,activity limitation and pain in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score of study group was lower than control group,while JOA score was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacral canal injection combined with wrist and ankle needle has a good clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively shorten the relief time of symptoms and reduce the pain of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
