老年髋关节置换术患者的个性化手术室护理的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年髋关节置换术患者采取个性化手术室护理的临床效果。方法:选取我院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的68例老年髋关节置换术患者,按照简单分样法分组,即对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34),对照组辅以常规化手术室护理,观察组以此为基准,采取个性化手术室护理,比较2组临床效果,如手术指标、疼痛评分等。结果:观察组手术时间、出血量低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)情绪量表评分与对照组比较明显较低,P<0.05;观察组不良反应概率相较于对照组显著较低,P<0.05;观察组Harris、BI及生活质量高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:老年髋关节置换术患者采取个性化手术室护理效果令人满意,有益于舒缓不良情绪,缩短术后痛苦,减少不良反应,且在髋关节功能恢复、生活质量提高方面具促进作用,值得推广。To observe and analyze the elderly patients with hip replacement surgery to take personalized operating room care of the clinical results.Methods:68 patients(>60 years old)who underwent hip arthroplasty in our department from June 2019 to June 2020 were included in the study,the control group(N=34)and the observation group(N=34)were given routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group was given individualized nursing in the operating room.Results:compared with the control group,the operation time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower(p<0.05),and the VAS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower(p<0.05)Compared with the control group,the probability of adverse reaction in the ob-servation group was significantly lower(p<0.05),Harris,Bi and quality of life in the observation group were higher(p<0.05),and the satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher(p<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of individualized nursing in opera-tion room is satisfactory,which is beneficial to relieve bad emotion,shorten postoperative pain and reduce adverse reaction,and in the hip joint function restoration,the quality of life enhancement aspect has the promotion function,is worth popularizing.
