疼痛护理干预应用于眼创伤患者护理中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨疼痛护理干预应用于眼创伤患者护理中的临床效果。方法:研究对象选择我院2019年4月-2020年4月收治的100例眼创伤患者为主要研究对象,根据护理方案的不同,将其分为2组,对照组(50例)选择常规护理措施,观察组(50例)选择疼痛护理措施,观察2组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;干预前,2组VAS评分对比无统计学意义,P>0.05,干预后,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;干预后,观察组SAS分数更低,P<0.05。结论:针对眼创伤患者,在临床护理中加入疼痛护理模式后效果显著,有效缓解患者疼痛,改善患者满意度,值得临床推广。To explore the clinical effect of pain nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with eye trauma.Methods:the research object to choose the time interval in April 2019-April 2020,in our hospital 100 cases of eye trauma patients as the main research object,according to different nursing program,it can be divided into two groups,50 patients were chosen to choose conventional nursing measures,and set to normal group,the other 50 patients choose pain nursing measures,and set it to the team,Observe the nurs-ing effect of two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,P<0.05;Before intervention,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score in the study group was lower(P<0.05);After intervention,SAS score was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with eye trauma,the effect of adding pain nursing mode in clinical nursing is significant,which can effectively relieve patients,pain and improve patients,satis-faction,and is worthy of promotion.
