矫形鞋垫应用于足部疾患人群的研究进展

摘　　要：目的:矫形鞋垫在预防和治疗足部畸形疾病中,对于改善患者正常足部功能、提升运动能力有显著效果。本文介绍矫形鞋垫定义和作用原理,对各种类型的矫形鞋垫被用于治疗、改善较为典型的足部畸形疾病的研究现状进行总结。概括陈述矫形鞋垫在扁平足、高弓足、糖尿病足等足部畸形或患病情况的应用,探索研究目前矫形鞋垫设计、临床使用的现状,根据现状分析未来可能的发展方向。In the prevention and treatment of foot malformations,orthopedic insole has a significant effect on the improvement of normal foot function and exercise ability of patients.This paper introduces the definition and function principle of orthopedic insole and summarizes the research status of various types of orthopedic insole used in the treatment and improvement of typical foot malformations.The application of orthopedic insoles in foot deformities or diseases such as flat foot,high arch foot and diabetic foot was summarized,and the current status of design and clinical use of orthopedic insoles was explored.The possible future development direction was analyzed according to the current status.
