摘  要:为有效解决传统内燃机车存在的维护成本高、环境污染等问题,以国内部分港口智能化装车升级为契机,设计了基于5G数传电台远程操控模式+超级电容储能模式的智能化电动牵车机,该牵车机具备多种控制方式,便于用户本地、远程或装车楼集中控制。储能系统采用先进的锂离子超级电容,牵引系统采用先进的交流传动系统,低速控制稳定。In order to effectively solve the problems of high maintenance costs and environmental pollution of traditional diesel locomotives,an intelligent electric car puller based on 5G radio modem remote control mode and supercapacitor energy storage mode has been designed,taking the upgrading of intelligent loading in some domestic ports as an opportunity.The car puller is equipped with multiple control methods,making it easy for users to control locally,remotely,or carroyn centralized control in the loading building.The energy storage system is fited with advanced lithium-ion supercapacitors,and the traction system fitted with advanced AC transmission system ensure stable control at low speed.
