快速康复护理联合盆底肌功能锻炼对全子宫切除患者恢复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理联合盆底肌功能锻炼在子宫全切患者中的应用效果。方法选取60例行子宫全切术患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取快速康复护理联合盆底肌功能锻炼。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组盆底功能恢复优良率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理联合盆底肌功能锻炼在子宫全切患者中的应用效果确切,可改善患者的盆底功能,促使患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise in patients with total hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients undergoing total hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 3o cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,the observation group took rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery rate of pelvic floor function in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of intestinal function and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with pelvic floor muscle function exercise in patients with total hysterectomy has a definite effect,which can improve the function of the pelvic floor and promote the recovery of patients.
