摘 要:目的探究孕期健康教育在孕妇护理中的临床价值。方法选择80名孕妇,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40名。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上落实孕期健康教育。比较两组健康知识知晓率、身体指标及产程时间。结果观察组健康知识知晓率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体质量指数、骨密度、血红蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇护理中落实孕期健康教育,能够提高孕妇对健康知识的掌握程度,改善孕妇身体机能,缩短产程时间。Objective To explore the clinical value of health education during pregnancy in nursing of pregnant women.MethodsA total of 80 pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,40 in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group implemented pregnancy health education on the basis of the former.The awareness rate of health knowledge,physical indicators and labor time of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index,bone mineral density and hemoglobin level of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pregnancy health education in the nursing of pregnant women can improve the grasp of health knowledge of pregnant women,improve the physical function of pregnant women,shorten the time of labor.
