摘 要:为了探明粉花西伯利亚杏呈色机理,为花色变异的品种选育提供理论依据,以粉花西伯利亚杏为试验材料,以白花西伯利亚杏为对照,对4个时期花瓣的花色参数、细胞液pH值、色素含量、渗透调节物质含量及保护酶活性等指标进行测定,分析花色变化与各影响因子的关系。结果表明:在开花过程中,粉花花瓣明度L*值与红度a*值变化趋势相反。粉花花瓣细胞液pH值持续升高,在花后11 d和19 d极显著低于白花花瓣。粉花花瓣花青素和叶绿素含量均呈先升高后降低趋势,同时伴随着类黄酮和类胡萝卜素含量降低,各时期色素含量不同程度高于白花花瓣。开花阶段粉花花瓣与白花花瓣可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、SOD酶活性、POD酶活性与CAT酶活性变化趋势一致,可溶性蛋白含量变化趋势相反,粉花花瓣呈先降低后升高趋势,各时期含量均极显著低于白花花瓣。相关性分析和逐步回归分析表明,花青素是影响粉花花瓣呈色的关键色素,可溶性糖含量与花青素含量呈极显著正相关,可溶性蛋白、细胞液pH值、CAT酶活性与花青素含量呈极显著负相关。研究表明,花青素为影响粉花西伯利亚杏花色的主要因子,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、细胞液pH值、CAT酶活性等物质通过参与花瓣着色相关生理过程改变花青素含量,影响花色变化。In this study,the Prunus sibirica pink flower was used as experimental material,and Prunus sibirica white flower was used as the control.The flower color parameter,pH value of cell fluid,pigment content,osmotic adjustment substance content and protective enzyme activity of the four periods were measured.The relationship between flower color changes and various influencing factors was analyzed to clarify the coloration mechanism of Prunus sibirica pink flower and provide a theoretical basis for variety breeding of flower color variation.The results showed that during anthesis,the change trend of lightness L*value and redness a*value of pink flower petals was opposite.The pH value of pink petals cell fluid was increased consistently and was significantly lower than that of white petals at eleven and nineteen days after anthesis.The contents of anthocyanin and chlorophyll in the petals of pink flower showed a trend of first increase and then decrease,while the contents of flavonoid and carotenoid decreased,and the pigment content of each period was higher than that of white petals to different degrees.The changes of soluble sugar content,proline content,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity of pink flower petals and white flower petals at flowering period showed the same trend,while soluble protein content showed the opposite trend.The petals of pink flower decreased first and then increased,and the content of each period was significantly lower than that of white flower.Correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis showed that anthocyanin was the key pigment affecting petal coloration of pink flower.Soluble sugar content was positively correlated with anthocyanin content,while soluble protein,pH value of cell fluid and CAT activity were negatively correlated with anthocyanin content.Studies have shown that anthocyanin is the main factor affecting flower color.Soluble sugar,soluble protein,cell fluid pH value,CAT activity and other substances change anthocyanin content and affect flower color change by
