摘  要:研究了三种不同比表面积超细粉料改性膏状瓷砖背胶在标准、浸水、冻融以及热老化养护条件下的拉伸粘接强度。结果表明,当超细粉料掺量为10%时,改性后的膏状瓷砖背胶28 d拉伸粘接强度在四种养护环境下综合性能均达到最佳,其中标准及冻融循环养护条件下的拉伸粘接强度改善尤为明显;改性后的膏状瓷砖背胶施工性和涂布面积较普通膏状瓷砖背胶有明显提升,有效降低了单位面积膏状瓷砖背胶的施工成本。In this paper,the tensile bond strength of three kinds of ultrafine powder modified paste tile backing with different specific surface areas was investigated under standard environment,water immersion,freeze-thaw and thermal aging conditions.The results indicated that the 28d tensile bond strength of the modified paste tile backing was the best in all four conditions,and the improvement of tensile bond strength was especially obvious under environment standard and freeze-thaw cycle conditions when the dosage reached 10%.The workability and coating area of the paste tile backing modified were significantly improved after modification,which effectively reduced the construction cost of paste tile backing per unit area.
