摘  要:拓扑量子材料是凝聚态物理学中的一个重要分支,当在拓扑量子材料中引入电子-电子之间的关联相互作用,将会在体系中产生复杂的新奇有序相.本文重点回顾目前关于强关联体系中拓扑物态的角分辨光电子能谱实验研究的进展,从拓扑近藤绝缘体和Kagome晶格中的拓扑物态两个方面展开讨论.拓扑近藤绝缘体是在强关联效应诱导的近藤绝缘体中存在的拓扑物态,目前在SmB6和YbB12等相关材料体系中有大量的理论和实验支持证据.Kagome晶格的独特结构将引入新的拓扑相以及强关联的平带,在很多材料体系中诱导出了一系列新的强关联物理现象.深入理解拓扑性与关联性之间的关系,对于理解强关联电子间的相互作用以及实现拓扑物态的精确调控都具有重要的意义.Topological quantum materials are an important branch of condensed matter physics.When electron-electron interactions are introduced into topological quantum materials,new exotic electronic states occur.In this review,we mainly focus on the recent progress on the study of topological states in correlated systems through angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy.Here,two topics are discussed:the topological Kondo insulator and topological states in the Kagome lattice.A topological Kondo insulator is a new topological state induced by the correlation effect in a Kondo insulator,which is proven to exist in SmB6 and YbB12 theoretically and experimentally.The unique structure of a Kagome lattice will result in new topological states and strongly correlated flat bands and is found in many material candidates that possess interesting physical properties.Hence,understanding the relationship between the topology and correlations is crucial to further interpret the interactions between strongly correlated electrons and realize new topological electronic states.
