摘　　要：介绍了变速器和离合器分离执行部分的的基本结构,引出了客车变速器分离拨叉断裂的现状,重点分析了分离拨叉在使用中的风险点和薄弱点,通过查看检测相关故障件及进行理论CAE分析,确定了分离拨叉断裂的主要原因,介绍了分离拨叉强度改进方案,为后续处理该类问题提供了思路和参考。This paper introduces the basic structure of the transmission and clutch separation executive part,introduces the current situation of the split fork fracture of the passenger bus transmission,focuses on the analysis of the risk points and weak points of the split fork in use,determines the main cause of the split fork fracture by checking and detecting the relevant fault parts and performing theoretical CAE analysis,introduces the strength improvement scheme of the split fork,and provides ideas and references for the subsequenttreatment ofsuch problems.
