摘　　要：资产评估是市场经济的产物,高质量的资产评估必须以法律为基石,修订完善《资产评估法》及配套法律法规,加快评估机构和资产评估师执业责任鉴定规则的制定,依法维护从业人员的合法权益;加强行业党建工作,有利于纠正偏差的机制,开创资产评估行业新境界;评估行业应以品牌和质量为导向,加强评估专家队伍的建设,完善中国特色的资产评估理论体系;推进行业战略重组,提升核心竞争力,为我国高水平的对外开放,提供高质量的评估专业服务。Asset evaluation is a product of market economy,and high-quality asset evaluation must be based on the law.The Asset Evaluation Law and supporting laws and regulations must be revised and improved,and the formulation of professional responsibility appraisal rules for evaluation institutions and asset appraisers must be accelerated to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of practitioners in accordance with the law;Strengthening the party building work in the industry and understanding and studying the second answer of the CPC to jump out of the historical cycle rate are conducive to the mechanism of correcting deviations and creating a new realm in the asset appraisal industry;The evaluation industry should be brand and quality oriented,strengthen the construction of evaluation expert teams,and enrich the theoretical system of asset evaluation with Chinese characteristics;Promote industry strategic restructuring,enhance core competitiveness,and provide high-quality evaluation professional services for China's high-level opening-up to the outside world.
