医养需求视域下老年人全日照料设施疗愈空间感知设计探讨——以机构养老设施为例

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化问题的逐年加剧,人们对全日照料养老机构的服务需求也在发生一些转变。过去的机构养老设施以提供居住和护理服务为主,针对老年人的医养、康养环境需求建设相对薄弱。本文基于疗愈环境理念,对老年人全日照料设施疗愈空间的环境感知设计进行探讨,分析疗愈空间使用者的认知反应影响因子,通过改变相关因子提升空间的疗愈性,并总结养老设施中疗愈空间的优化设计原则。With the aging problem in China intensifying year by year,people's demand for full-time care and elderly care institutions is also undergoing some changes.In the past,institutional elderly care facilities mainly provided residential and nursing services,however the construction of medical care and health care environment needs for the elderly was relatively weak.Based on the concept of healing environment,this paper discusses the environmental perception design of the healing space of the full-day care facilities for the elderly,analyzes the cognitive response influencing factors of the users in the healing space,improves the healing ability of the space by changing the relevant factors,and summarizes the optimization design principles of the healing space in the elderly care facilities.
