摘　　要：星状神经节阻滞(satellite ganglion block,SGB)在心脏病手术患者中的应用研究越来越多。文章综述了近年来SGB在非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(off‑pump coronary artery bypass grafting,OPCABG)中的运用,主要总结SGB对血管痉挛、心率变异、应激反应、老年术后认知功能等的影响。SGB的临床应用还需要深入研究和不断探索,以充分发挥其应有的医学价值。There are increasing reports concerning the application of satellite ganglion block(SGB)in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.This article summarizes the recent use of SGB in off‑pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG),especially its effects on angiospasm,heart rate variation,stress response,and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients.The clinical application of SGB also requires further research and continuous exploration,in order to fully exert the medical value.
