摘　　要：开展建设项目水资源论证工作是立足于水资源和水环境角度对项目用水情况、取用水量水质、废污水排放、以及对区域水资源和水环境影响程度等方面进行科学分析论证,评价项目供水可行性和保证程度,用水的合理性。文章对某市水资源量及时空分布特征进行分析,以便对今后水资源合理开发、优化配置等具有借鉴意义。Conducting water resource assessment for construction projects is a scientific analysis and evaluation of the project's water use,including water quantity,water quality,wastewater discharge,and the impact on regional water resources and the environment.This assessment is conducted from the perspective of water resources and the water environment to evaluate the feasibility and guarantee level of the project's water supply and the rationality of water use.This paper analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water resources,which is of reference significance for the rational development and optimal allocation of water resources in the future.
