摘　　要：水库工程施工中金属结构安装质量控制及评价关系到水库工程规划设计功能任务的发挥,这些金属结构也是有关水资源开发利用水平和效率提升的重要设施设备。为此,结合甘溪水库工程施工中金属结构安装质量控制与评价实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,甘溪水库施工中金属结构项目主要包括坝身式放空底孔进口事故闸门及出口工作闸门,坝身式取水口进口事故闸门、拦污栅、闸门槽埋件和启闭机(液压启闭机及固定卷扬式启闭机),穿坝输水压力钢管等,施工实践中着重针对这些金属结构项目的安装工艺流程和安装技术方法,安装工序特点研究相应的质量控制措施并展开质量分析评价。此工程案例的成功实践,为类似水库工程施工中金属结构制造与安装、质量控制及评价提供了有价值的借鉴参考。The quality control and evaluation of metal structure installation in the construction of reservoir engineering are related to the funtional tasks of reservoir engineering planning and design.These metal structures are also important facilities and equipment related to the development and utilization level and efficiency of water resources.Therefore,the analysis and research is carried out with the practical case of quality control and evaluation of metal structure installation in the construction of Ganxi reservoir project.The results show that the metal structure items in the construction of Ganxi reservoir mainly includes the inlet emergency gate and outlet gate for the bottom hole of the dam body,the dam body type water intake inlet accident gate,sewage barrier,gate slot embedded parts and the hoist(hydraulic header and fixed hoist),water pressure steel pipes through the dam,etc.In the construction practice,it is focused on the installation process and installation technology method of these metal structure projects,and the characteristics of the installation process to study the corresponding quality control measures.Then the quality analysis and evaluation is carried out.The successful practice of this engineering case provides a valuable reference for the metal structure manufacturing and installation,quality control and evaluation in the construction of similar reservoir projects.
