掌法七十二格之手诊理论特点研究

摘　　要：手诊是通过诊查手部信息进行疾病诊断的方法,掌法七十二格是唐代后流传的一系列手图,是手诊与九宫八卦的第一次结合,也是手诊九宫八卦学说的理论渊源之一。文章以中医学整体观念为切入点,从手诊分区、色泽、形态及纹路4个维度探析掌法七十二格的手诊理论特点与学术思想,并将掌法七十二格中部分社会化描述与人体生理、病理相结合进行诠释,从生物-心理-社会医学模式进行系统解读,以期为手诊法的研究提供新思路。Hand diagnosis is a method of diagnosing diseases by examining hand information.The seventy-two cases of palm diagram is a series of hand diagrams circulated after Tang Dynasty,which is the first combination of hand diagnosis and Nine Palaces and the Eight Diagrams,and also one of the theoretical sources of the theory of Nine Palaces and the Eight Diagrams.Based on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes the characteristics and academic thoughts of hand diagnosis contained in the seventy-two cases of palm diagram from the four dimensions of hand diagnosis division,color,shape and grain,and makes a comprehensive interpretation after combining the social description of the seventy-two cases of palm diagram with the state of medical physiology and pathology.This paper makes a systematic interpretation of biologicalpsychological-social medical models,in order to provide new ideas for the study of hand diagnosis.
