摘　　要：国医大师刘尚义教授诊治复发性流产独具特色。文章总结刘尚义教授复发性流产的证治经验,其特色如下:重视未病先防,预培其损,强调治疗复发性流产应着重于孕前调理;认为其基本病机为肾虚肝郁,治以“补肾疏肝,调补阴阳”;重视女性生理特点及“膜病理论”论治复发性流产,取得了较好的临床疗效,形成了独特的临证思维体系,为此病的治疗提供了新的思路。Professor LIU Shang-yi,a TCM master,has characteristics in treating recurrent spontaneous abortion.This paper summarizes professor LIU Shang-yi’s TCM experience treating recurrent spontaneous abortion.His academic experience is as follows:Firstly,paying attention to disease prevention,emphasizing that patients should start the treatment for recurrent spontaneous abortion before conception.Secondly,the cause of the disease is kidney deficiency and liver depression,and through nourishing the kidney and unchoking the liver,regulating yin and yang to treat it.Thirdly,paying attention to the characteristics of women’s menstrual cycle and the‘membrane disease theory’to treat the disease and achieve good clinical efficacy.This academic experience provides new treatment ideas for the disease.
