基于“药群”理论探讨传统中药穴位贴敷“四剂”药物组方思路及其临证应用

摘　　要：传统穴位贴敷疗法具有简便效廉的特点,但相对于内服汤药君臣佐使的组方指导原则,当前穴位贴敷疗法在药物组方层面仍缺乏整体性指导。基于“药群”理论,结合本疗法对贴敷药物组方的要求,文章提出“四剂”组方思路,以期进一步完善穴位贴敷药物组方理论,促进穴位贴敷疗法在临床的推广应用。Traditional acupoint application therapy is easy to use,efficient,and inexpensive.However,in comparison to the guiding idea of consuming the decoction‘sovereign,minister,assistant and guide’,modern acupoint application therapy continues to lack comprehensive guidance on the medication formulation level.Based on the theory of‘drug group’and the prescription needs of this treatment for the application of drugs,this article proposed the concept of‘four agents’to enhance the prescription theory of acupoint application of pharmaceuticals and increase the promotion and use of acupoint application therapy in clinical practice.
