从“消风固本”辨治小儿风咳经验

摘　　要：风咳是儿科常见的呼吸系统疾病,也是儿童慢性咳嗽最常见的病因之一。文章总结了汪受传教授辨治小儿风咳经验,认为该病病机关键在于伏风正虚。发作期治疗以消风止咳为先,以经验方“金敏汤”为主方,根据寒、热、痰等兼证特点加减;缓解期治疗以固本御风为要,以经验方“金屏汤”为主方,根据脏腑气血阴阳等病症特点化裁,以达到消伏风、御外风、降低咳嗽敏感度的效果。Wind cough,one of the most common causes of pediatric chronic cough,is a frequent respiratory disease among children.This article summarized professor WANG Shou-chuan’s clinical experience in the treatment of pediatric wind cough.Wind cough is caused by latent wind and a lack of vital qi.During the attack stage,a professional prescription known as‘Jinmin Decoction’is administered to remove wind and ease coughing.Further modifications are made in line with the combined syndromes,such as cold,heat,phlegm,etc.During the remission stage,the focus of treatment should be on consolidating constitution to defend against wind while employing the skilled formula‘Jinping Decoction’,which has been tailored to the qi,blood,yin and yang characteristics of the Zang-Fu organs.With such a methodical strategy,pediatric wind cough might be effectively prevented and treated in order to eliminate latent wind,expel wind evil,and lessen cough sensitivity.
