从经脉图与经穴图表现形式探讨穴位体表分布特征

摘　　要：通过梳理经脉图和经穴图的历史演进,并结合藏医、兽医经穴图以及海德式带的不同表现形式展开部分分析,提出干预手段可能影响古人早期对体表分布特征的认知。进而基于揣按循摸之定穴的古今相关论述与研究,提出穴位可能是疾病状态下个体化、动态性的生命现象,也是刺激引起的体表响应与生物学效应,而穴位体表分布特征则是客观规律性的数学描述。故在针灸干预体系及其临床实践背景下,依托数学分析与人工智能技术探索穴位体表分布特征可能是研究方法之一。The historical evolution of meridian diagrams and meridian-acupoint diagrams are reviewed.These were subsequently analysed for the different presentations about Tibetan medical paintings,meridian-acupoint diagrams of traditional veterinary medicine and Head’s zone,and we speculated that the methods acupuncture intervention may affect the ancients’knowledge on the distribution characteristics of acupoints.We went on to introduce the ancient theory and modern research about searching specific sensitive acupoints.And we further proposed that acupoints are not only important manifestation of the dynamics and individuality of human life phenomena in states of disease,but also stimulus-related responses and biological effects.The distribution characteristics of acupoints are essentially objective mathematical descriptions.Therefore,it is useful to consider scientific research in the context of the system of acupuncture intervention and current clinical practices.Mathematical analysis and artificial intelligence techniques may be important research methods of it.
