基于五运六气理论的寻常型银屑病发病规律探讨

摘　　要：目的:从五运六气理论探讨寻常型银屑病发病的规律。方法:收集300例寻常型银屑病患者资料,分析出生日期与发病日期的五运六气特点,探寻其中的关联性,揭示寻常型银屑病的发病规律。结果:出生日期主运秋金商及冬水羽,主气为阳明燥金,岁运为木运者最易罹患本病。发病日期主气为少阳相火、客气为少阴君火、岁运为火运者较易发病。结论:出生日期的运气特点能够影响患者体质,形成银屑病的罹患倾向。发病日期的运气特点是诱发疾病的重要因素。Objective:To explore the regularity of psoriasis vulgaris based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Methods:Statistical analysis was adopted to explore the distribution and their correlation between the date of onset and the date of birth of 300 patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Results:The main evolutive phases date of birth is autumn gold shang and winter water yu,the main qi is yangming dry gold,sui yun for wood is the most prone to suffer from this disease.The main qi of the date of onset is shaoyang xiang fire,ke qi for shaoyin jun fire,sui yun for fire is more prone to disease.Conclusion:The characteristics of the birth date can affect the patient's constitution and form the tendency to suffer from psoriasis vulgaris.The characteristic of onset date is one of the important factors to induce disease.
